Welcome to Valentine Lux. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Valentine Lux provides luxury transportation services, including VIP chauffeur experiences, airport transfers, and group travel. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

 

2. Cleaning & Detailing Fee

In the event that a passenger vomits, spills, or otherwise soils the interior of the vehicle, a cleaning and detailing fee starting at $300 will be charged to the client. This fee covers the cost of professional cleaning and restoration of the vehicle to its original condition. The final amount may vary depending on the extent of the damage and will be billed directly to the client.

3. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or authorized channels.

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.

  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other secure payment platforms.
     

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled service may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges or be non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7  business days of cancellation confirmation.
     

5. Conduct & Safety

  • Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow chauffeur instructions.

  • Valentine Lux reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who pose a safety risk or violate conduct standards.
     

6. Liability

  • Valentine Lux is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during transport.
     

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data without consent.
 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Valentine Lux and may not be used without permission.
 

9. Changes to Terms

Valentine Lux reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
