Refund Policy

At Valentine Lux, we strive to provide exceptional luxury transportation services. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund process.
1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to review.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
3. Modifications

Changes to your booking (e.g., time, location, vehicle type) must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the modification.
4. Service Disruptions

In the rare event that Valentine Lux must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative arrangement will be offered.
