Refund Policy

At Valentine Lux, we strive to provide exceptional luxury transportation services. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund process.
 

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to review.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
     

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
     

3. Modifications

  • Changes to your booking (e.g., time, location, vehicle type) must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the modification.
     

4. Service Disruptions

  • In the rare event that Valentine Lux must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative arrangement will be offered.
